Cancellation Policy

Participants who cancel until May 31, 2026 receive full reimbursement.

For cancellations between 01 June 2026  and 10 June 2026, participants receive 50% reimbursement.

No reimbursement for cancellations after June 10, 2026.

Please note that any bank transfer costs are charged to participants.
